When you rent equipment from Take A Seat, you enter into a rental agreement with us. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your rental, including the rental period, fees, delivery, setup, and breakdown services.
All rental fees must be paid in full prior to the delivery of equipment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Any additional charges, such as for damages or late returns, will be billed to the payment method on file.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee.
Rented equipment must be used in a manner consistent with its intended purpose. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss of equipment will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
Take A Seat will provide delivery and pickup services as part of the rental agreement. Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that there is adequate space for the setup of equipment. Any delays caused by the customer may incur additional charges.
Take A Seat is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of our rented equipment. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment and are responsible for ensuring the safety of their event guests.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
Take A Seat reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Take A Seat operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
